1. Who we are

YODAY Local ("YODAY Local", "we", "us") is a managed growth service for local businesses, operated by YODAY. This policy applies to yodaylocal.com and the forms, landing pages and tools we use to deliver our service.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a form (for example a Growth Plan request or a contact form) we collect what you provide: business name, website, your name, email, phone number, and any other details you choose to add. We also automatically collect basic technical data — page visited, device/browser type, approximate location from your IP, and how you arrived at the site (source/campaign) — through analytics and advertising tools described below.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand site usage, and advertising tools including Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. Where local law requires prior consent for non-essential cookies (for example the UK, Australia and Singapore), analytics and advertising storage default to "off" until you accept our cookie banner. In markets without that requirement, these tools may run by default, and you can still control cookies through your browser settings.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may set a cookie or run a short check in your browser; it does not track you for advertising purposes.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare your Growth Plan, contact you about our services, and improve our site and campaigns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run YODAY Local — for example our hosting/infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider, and, where you have not opted out, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for campaign measurement. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver our service, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Healthcare-adjacent services (Med Spa & Dental)

YODAY Local's forms are not designed to collect protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive medical data, and we ask that you do not submit any in the free-text fields of our forms. Businesses in regulated industries (such as Med Spa and Dental) remain responsible for their own compliance obligations, including HIPAA where applicable, for any patient data they manage outside of YODAY Local's marketing forms.

9. Children's privacy

YODAY Local is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
