A summary of how we protect the information you share with YODAY Local.
Infrastructure
yodaylocal.com and our lead forms run behind Cloudflare, which provides DDoS protection, TLS encryption in transit, and bot mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile) on every form. Form submissions are processed by a serverless backend and stored in an access-restricted database — not on the public web server.
Encryption
All traffic to yodaylocal.com is served over HTTPS. Data submitted through our forms is encrypted in transit between your browser and our systems.
Access control
Access to systems containing customer and lead data is limited to team members and service providers who need it to do their job, and is protected by authentication controls.
Vendors we rely on
We use a small number of established providers to run the site and process leads, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot protection), Google (analytics and tag management), Meta (advertising measurement), and an email delivery provider for notifications. Each is bound by its own security and data-processing terms.
Payment data
We do not collect payment card details through yodaylocal.com. Any billing for paid services is handled through a separate, dedicated payment process described in your service agreement.
