Pricing, inclusions and scope shown on this site (including plans, media budgets and Growth Plan offers) are general and are confirmed in a separate written agreement before any paid engagement begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until that agreement is signed by both parties.
4. No guarantee of results
Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue or return on ad spend.
5. Payments and billing
Fees, billing frequency and any applicable taxes for paid services are set out in your service agreement, not on this marketing site. Advertising budgets described as "included" refer to media spend managed on your behalf as part of the plan; final billing terms are confirmed before launch.
6. Intellectual property
The content on yodaylocal.com — including text, graphics, the YODAY and ADTIFY names and logos — belongs to YODAY or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
